Daphne did a great job in doing up our renovation. There are some hicks along the way but Daphne handled it promptly and professionally for us. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I met up with a few ID firms before we decided to choose Daphne from DAP Atelier. A huge factor in our decision was how easy it was to communicate with Daphne. She listened to our requirements and provided advice and suggestions on design elements and practical ideas. She and her colleague, Inez, was present from the start to the end of the renovation. When we collected our keys to the BTO, they even came down multiple times to conduct defect checking and made sure everything was settled before starting work. She also attended to the issues and concerns we raised during the renovation process. For example, when the wrong lighting and fans were delivered, she personally went back to the shop to get it sorted out. Daphne also coordinated the deliveries of our home appliances and this facilitated the installation of built-in appliances, hidden piping and wiring for aircon units. The service providers, i.e. painters, carpenters and electricians, she engaged are also of quality. All in all, we can tell that she is very experienced in this field and we are very happy with how our house turned out.

Daphne from DapAtelier was extremely easy to work and communicate with. The whole renovation process was seamless. Daphne even managed to complete the work about 1 week earlier than what she had promised me. She was very open to my amateurish suggestions even though she was clearly an expert in this industry. She provided very practical alternatives. The quality of the carpentry, electrical works, flooring and painting was good. Bottom line - I felt at peace knowing that she would be the one to do a good job for my house. Lastly, the final cost was within the budget I had given her. Thank you, Daphne! Awesome job! We got to know Daphne through my husband. We like how she provides us with her honest opinions and ideas and never over promise us in any area. She has been really sincere and have managed to meet our expectations. Even during instances of hiccups, she will respond quickly and take actions to resolve them. She once helped us redo a wall when the color scheme was not up to our expectations.

On an occasion during a severe blackout, she even climbed 19 storeys to check on our apartment, as the lift was down. She also frequently update us about the progress. Although more creative ideas can be provided from her side, it is still a great experience to work with Daphne.

I got to know Daphne through a common friend. We decided to engage her over other interior designers as we are attracted to her friendliness and eagerness to help. She will also clearly explain to us the advantages and disadvantages of our proposed design, while still catering to what we wanted. During any instances of hiccups, she will also resolve the problems within 2-3 days at no additional cost. She is really efficient.

The overall experience is very, very good. Compared to my friend who has engaged another ID, I am glad that we have experienced less hiccups along the way.

I got to know Dap Atelier through my cousin when I saw their place during one of the visits. I  like their workmanship and also that since my cousin has engaged their services, I was more assured too. As the renovation was for my apartment that will be rented out, it was quite a small project but the service level was not any lesser. They were very responsive, helpful and gave professional advices. I have recommended some of my friends to them and definitely engage them for my own home renovation soon!
